Returns
Our policy is valid for seven days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.
Send us an email with the order number and cause for return to Sales@mornifoods.in .A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. A pickup request will be sent to you. Within 15 days, your order will be cancelled or replaced based on your request.
Refunds are available (if applicable)
Only faulty or damaged products will be replaced. We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be sent to your original mode of payment within a set number of days.
Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable)
Check your bank account again if you haven't gotten a refund yet.
Then contact your bank; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.
After then, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is issued, there is usually some processing time.
Interactions (if applicable)
Only faulty or damaged products will be replaced. Ship us an email at Sales@mornifoods.in and send your item to Tea Swan, KWALITY TRADERS if you need to exchange it for the same item.

The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you will vary depending on where you reside.
